2,756 PNP personnel from Northern Mindanao, Davao, and SOCCSKSARGEN regions are fielded in earthquake-affected areas in Mindanao to assist in search, rescue, and relief operations, Philippine National Police (PNP) officer-in-charge (OIC) Lt. Gen. Archie Francisco Gamboa says on Monday.
