INX media case: Chidambaram sent to judicial custody till November 13

In the latest development in INX Media money laundering case, Congress senior leader P. Chidambaram has been sent to judicial custody till November 13.
The court has also rejected Enforcement Directorate's (ED) application, seeking Chidambaram's remand for one more day. Recently, Chidambaram moved Delhi High Court seeking an interim bail till November 04 on medical ground.
Chidambaram is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with the INX Media money laundering case. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) have been probing his role in the case.
