Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache: - 300 gms dark Chocolate - 90 ml Milk
Method: 1. Take salted butter in a big bowl and add brown sugar, eggs 2. Mix it and strain refined flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and add it to the bowl 3. Mix it all; add cold milk and mix it again to make a batter 4. Add these batter to the cupcake mold 5. Now, bake these cupcakes in the oven for 12 minutes on 200-degree Celcius 6. Take dark chocolate and cut it into fine pieces 7. Heat a pan and add milk to it 8. Now, add this hot milk over the finely chopped chocolate pieces 9. Bring both the mixture together with a spoon and make it lump free chocolate ganache 10. Now, over a plastic sheet add the melted chocolate and spread it across the sheet 11. When the chocolate sets on the sheet, give it bats wing shape and keep it in the refrigerator 12. Now, add chocolate ganache in a piping bag and pipe the cupcakes 13. Take out the chocolate bat wings from the refrigerator and poke it into the ganache, giving it a bat-like shape
