A Plea for Justice: Why Texas Will Be Executing an Innocent Man, Part 2: "A Credible Witness"

“A Plea for Justice: Why Texas Will Be Executing an Innocent Man” is an ongoing, multi-part documentary series that examines the facts and evidence in the capital murder case against Rodney Reed for which he currently faces an execution date of November 20th (2019) in the state of Texas. The series is intended to highlight the evidence that illustrates that Reed is actually innocent of the crime in hopes that this pending, wrongful execution can be avoided.

Part 2: "A Credible Witness" explores how Texas judges have ruled that the lack of credible witnesses to the preexisting, consensual relationship between Stacey Stites and Rodney Reed has "doomed" Reed's appeal for a new trial or exoneration. This video episode presents 1 of the 20 different people who have come forward and verified they had direct knowledge and / or were witnesses to this relationship, and why this key evidence should be cause to halt Rodney Reed's execution and, moreover, exonerate Reed entirely for this crime.
