Method: 1. Take minced mutton and put it in a grinder along with coriander, green chillies, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped onions 2. Grind all of this together into a thick paste 3. Take the thick paste out in a plate and add roasted cumin seeds powder, roasted coriander seeds powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, roasted gram flour, almond Powder, cashew nut powder, salt on it 4. Crack one egg over minced mutton paste and masala mix, from the top 5. Mix all of this together with your hands and keep it aside 6. Now, take ghee in a pan and let it melt over a medium flame 7. Once the ghee melts, add fried onions, desiccated coconut, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute it 8. Once the raw smell of the ginger-garlic paste goes, add cashew powder, almond powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, roasted coriander seeds powder and saute it for few seconds 9. Now, add water to the pan followed with 1 cup of beaten yogurt 10. Saute this till the oil separates 11. Now, add tomato puree to the mixture and saute it again followed by adding some more water & salt 12. Mix it well and let the curry boil for 2-3 minutes over a medium flame 13. Now, to make koftas, take masala mutton paste which was kept aside, and make balls out of them 14. Drop these balls into the gravy 15. Now, cover the pan with its lid and let it cook on a medium flame for around 20-25 minutes 16. Once cooked, sprinkle some garam masala powder, green chilli, coriander leaves over it, and mix it gently 17. Cover the mutton koftas again and let it cook for more 2 minutes 19. Remove it in a serving bowl, and serve it hot
