Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, on Wednesday launched the Al-Sultan Abdullah Foundation Hemodialysis Centre in Kuala Lumpur to help those who cannot afford hemodialysis treatment.
