The Guardian is reporting that 2020 Democratic Presidential hopeful, Senator Bernie Sanders and NY Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez along with Oregon Congressman, Earl Blumenauer plan to introduce a resolution declaring climate change an official emergency.
