MIX UNTIL FLUFFY
1/3 CUP OIL
MIX
1+1/4 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
¼ TSP BAKING SODA
SIEVE
MIX WELL
POUR INTO A MOLD
PLACE IT IN A PRE-HEATED PAN
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 40-45 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
2 PIECE MANGO
CUT INTO CUBES
MAKE THEM PULP
POUR IN A PAN
¼ CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP WATER
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS
CLEAR THE EDGES
DIVIDE INTO 3 LAYERS
REMOVE TOP PART
BRUSH MANGO JUICE
LAYER OF WHIPPED CREAM
LAYER OF MANGO PUREE
REPEAT THE PROCESS
COVER WITH WHIPPED CREAM
MANGO PUREE
FRESH MANGOES
