Problem with cursor on multiple displays pt 2

Part 2. Recommendation was that the two monitors were at different resolutions. They were. The left screen is at 1920 x 1080. The right screen is at 1360 x 768. I tried to match the resolutions, but the problem still persists, and the screens look like shit if they aren't at the right resolution.
