A restaurant worker who served a couple and their two children noticed that the baby's face was beaten up. She then got another couple to take pictures of the baby, slipping them her number so they could send the pictures, and also took a picture of their license plate.The waitress posted the pictures on Facebook and a 911 dispatcher friend then tracked the car. The dispatcher called Paris Police Department who then arrested the couple for aggravated child abuse and neglect.
