This couple did their work out routine outdoors, starting with a warm-up run along the tracks and some stretching exercises. They challenged each other to do a suicide sprint in which the girl lost. After that, they moved on to doing weight exercises and sit-ups together.

00:00We're out here about to do a couple's workout for you guys, like we promised.
00:27Early workouts are the best workouts, but by 2pm, you're ready for bed.
00:33That's the downside.
00:34Only Jesus and old people are up this early.
00:36That's why you got to be up with Jesus, if you understand what I'm saying.
00:41That's right.
00:42So, we're going to take you with us, show you a bit of what we do, I mean, we've been
00:49out of the gym for a bit now, so this is kind of really just getting back to it.
00:56What we normally do, we start out with the track, first thing in the morning, it's always
01:00been like that.
01:01Even when we were in Anguilla, we would do our fasted cardio first, and then after the
01:07fasted cardio, we would head to the gym and get our workout in.
01:13Not sure if we're going to make it to the gym today, we might just decide to do the
01:16full workout here, but we'll see how it goes.
01:22We need a name for y'all, so, what I would like you to do is comment down below on, what

01:50We normally start our workout, watch this, messy hair, don't care, okay, so, we're about
01:55to get started, and we, no, no, we're about to get started, we normally start our workouts
02:04with our warmups, so we do a couple of laps around the track, and then, you know, some
02:10of our stretches and stuff, he used to run tracks, so, he's got this one for us.
02:14Yeah, it's real simple, you know, your muscles are, they have elastic, they're like elastic,
02:18you can stretch a cold elastic, that shit will snap, so, you know, warm it up, nice
02:23and, you know, nice and warm, get your dynamic and static stretching in, and then, boom!
03:48Just to make this fun, we're going to do a little challenge for you guys.
04:04I'm going to cut you off right here, I'm all into chivalry and all that, this girl's been
04:09talking the craziest, just talking like wild crazy about how she's going to beat me, my,
04:15first off, she's never won a race, she's never ran a race, and she wants to do a race
04:20with suicides, so, I'm going to just stop him right there, I used to run track, I used

04:30in elementary school, okay, I'm like 30, I'm like 30 plus right now, but, I used to run
04:37track in elementary school, I used to do relays, and I used to run the 100, because at one
04:42point, I was the anchor, see, I know track language, I was the fastest, that's what that
04:47means.
04:48You know there's two meanings to anchor, right?
04:49Anchor-legged track, and the anchor that slows down the ship.
