Trump Threatens Another Shutdown To Fund Wall If No 'Fair Deal' Reached

At the end of his speech, President Donald Trump threatened to shut down the government again or use his presidential "powers" to fund a border wall if a "fair deal with Congress" isn't reached by Feb. 15.
