Trump Declares National Emergency To Fund Wall

Trump has decided to bypass Congress and blaze his own path to building the border wall — a move he’s criticized multiple times in the past.

00:09And it's been signed many times before.

00:21And now he has to use executive action.

00:23And this is a very, very dangerous thing

00:25that should be overwritten easily by the Supreme Court.

00:28And I think certainly he could be impeached.

00:30And certainly they could shut down the government.

00:32The whole concept of executive order,

00:34it's not the way the country is supposed to be run.

00:37You're supposed to go through Congress and make a deal.

00:40And you're supposed to make a deal.

00:42But he couldn't make a deal because it's not his thing.
