AI's ability to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's supply chain and logistics is creating an advantage for early adopters of the technology by cutting shipping times and costs. Business Insider reports that a study on AI adoption conducted by McKinsey found that early adopters saw profit margins greater than 5%. However, respondents that had not adopted AI were in the red.
