Netflix Hit With Big Lawsuit Over ‘Bandersnatch’

Netflix has been sued by Children's book publisher Chooseco over ‘Black Mirror: Bandersnatch.’ According to Business Insider, it is over the "choose your own adventure” concept in the interactive movie. Chooseco adds that the dark nature of ‘Bandersnatch’ damages the "choose your own adventure" trademark. Chooseco is seeking $25 million in damages or the profits Netflix gets from ‘Bandersnatch.’
