ANGRY Pahlaj Nihalani takes a DIG at Varun & Arjun

Former CBFC chief Pahlaj Nihalani is reuniting with actor Govinda for 'Rangeela Raja' after 35 long years. The film has been produced by Nihalani featuring the actor in a double role. At the song launch of the film on Thursday Nihalani got angry when questioned upon what's the difference in film making 35 years back and now since he is presenting Govinda in the same yesteryear's avatar.
