Very pleased with the service. Never felt taken advantage of. When i called to schedule a service call, they were booked up until the following Monday. I told them my tenant has been without heat for the past two days due to the cold temps (-30 degrees w/wind chill) so he told me he can get another guy out there. The circuit board was bad and the flame sensor wasn’t sensing that the furnace was on so he clean that out and it’s all good now. I am glad Pickerington Heating and Cooling was there for us when we needed them. They will be our provider from now on. thank you
