ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಮೇಲೆ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಆರೋಪ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲ ಮಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಅವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ-ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
