CBSE is conducting CTET After 2 years and the application form was expected to be out on 22nd June 2018 but it has been delayed. The official will announce the application form dates soon. In this video check out what the reports say about this matter. Moreover, the CBSE has not confirmed that exam date will also change or it will be conducted on 16th Sep 2018.
