Suitcase tumbles down escalator and wipes out commuters

A suitcase tumbled down a set of escalators in China, taking out two commuters, when its owner let go of it for a moment to adjust her rucksack.
CCTV video filmed in Nanning City in southern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on August 25 shows the large, pink suitcase rolling down the escalator after commuter Xiao Guo let go of it.
One man can be seen running down the escalator to avoid it, but it did take out two female commuters.
According to reports, police activated a stop switch and moved the injured to a safe area.
One woman only suffered scratches to her leg but the other one was injured seriously.
The seriously injured woman was sent to hospital for treatment and has reportedly reached an agreement on compensation with Xiao Guo.
