Girl jams head between escalator handrail and wall

This is the terrifying moment a girl got her head stuck in between a handrail and a wall on a moving escalator at a Chinese mall.
CCTV video captured in Jingdezhen City in southeastern Jiangxi Province on July 13 shows a girl getting her head trapped after she peers over the edge of the handrail. She gets dragged along and her feet are lifted up.
Two shoppers run away instead of helping her.
Fortunately, the girl is able to free her head when she reaches the top of the escalator.
She reportedly only suffered injuries to her ear.
