U.S. To Reject All Asylum Requests From Domestic Violence Survivors

The Trump administration issued a new order Wednesday instructing border officials to automatically reject applications of asylum seekers who claim they're seeking refuge in the U.S. based on fear of domestic abuse and gang violence. Refinery29 reports the order means that survivors won't have the chance to argue their case before an immigration court.
