Charlie's cooler: Man's act of kindness for city workers goes viral

Nearly a decade ago Charlie Poveromo saw sanitation workers struggling in the heat and grabbed water for them. Since then there has always been a cooler full of cold water in Charlie's front yard. Charlie recently passed away and his wife continued his tradition and shared his story on social media.
