Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 1/4 Cup or 50 ml Sugar 300 ml Milk, boiled and brought down to room temp 100 gms Chocolate, chopped Salt, a pinch Whipped cream & caramel sauce to garnish
Salted Caramel Method: Heat a saucepan on medium flame. Add sugar and keep stirring continuously. Once it liquifies and becomes amber in colour, add milk in a slow stream. The sugar will seize and form clumps but keep stirring until the milk starts simmering lightly. Remove from heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir to make a smooth mixture. Add a pinch of salt. Serve with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
Oreo Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 1½ Cup or 300 ml Milk, boiled and brought down to room temp 1/4 cup or 50 ml Fresh cream 2 tbsp.Sugar ½ tbsp.Cocoa powder 7-8 Cookies or 100 ml Oreo powder Whipped cream and crushed Oreos for garnish
Oreo Method: Heat milk in a saucepan, add fresh cream, sugar and cocoa powder to it, give it a stir and bring it to a simmer. Remove from heat and add a pinch of salt, Oreo powder and mix well. Serve with whipped cream and Oreos.
Vanilla Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 1½ cup or 300 ml Milk, boiled and brought down to room temp 1½ tbsp.Sugar 100 gms White chocolate, chopped 1 tsp.Vanilla essence ¾ tsp.Cinnamon powder Whipped cream and sprinkle for garnish
Vanilla Cinnamon Method: Heat milk in a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon powder, stir it and bring it to a simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, pinch of salt, vanilla essence and mix well. Serve with whipped cream, sprinkles and vanilla wafer sticks.
