1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pics) 2: fried onion 1 cup (crushed) 3: yogurt 1 cup 4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp 5: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp 6: garam masala powder 1 tsp 7: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp 8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp 9: water 2 cup 10: Oil 1/2 cup 11: saffron 1/4 tsp & kewra water 2 tbsp (mixed) 12: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Recipe:
1: add all the ingredients together in a pan (except oil). 2: now add water, wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till chicken is tender and less water is left, add in oil, fry well until oil comes on top. 3: remove and serve with sheermal.
