So today I made Vanilla Cake Truffles using the cake trimming from the previous video. You can also use a full cake for this. These are just like cake pops but without the sticks.

Recipe:

Cake
Icing(1-2 Tbsp or more depending on how sweet you like)
Melting chocolate to coat.
Sticks if you want to make true cake pops
