00:00For me, I do think that screens are the root of all evil.
00:05And that's not putting too fine a point on it.
00:08You know, I think because I remember a childhood where I didn't have them,
00:12and I remember I can therefore pick and choose, I can know what it feels like,
00:18I can know what it does to me to be looking at a screen for too long,
00:21and I can identify that feeling.
00:23And I'm so concerned about a generation that don't know what those limits are,
00:29they don't know how to define themselves outside of that.
00:33And so I think it's really, I don't know how on earth we do it,
00:37and I don't know if we will be able to,
00:41but I do think that reminding everybody, everybody,
00:45that actually what you're doing with your hands, with your eyes,
00:49what you're hearing is out here, it's not here, that would be great.
