In moto two of the Minneapolis SX "Triple Crown", Jason Anderson got into Justin Brayton and went off the track. After this incident was over, Jason Anderson was penalized by the AMA one position for "being on the throttle off of the track." Yes, it only cost him 1 position in moto 2, but in the end that one position gave the overall win to Eli Tomac by one point.
