This video/ content does not harm/ cause of any financial loss the market for the original content ( available in other languages, its original language is not Urdu)
The License uses no more of the original content which may be necessary for purpose of video. The recreated video/ content does not compete with the original video/content and can not have any negative or minus affect on the market of original video.
