Coach to rename itself Tapestry Inc.

Out with the old and in with the new. Coach will soon be known as Tapestry Inc. After acquiring smaller rival company Kate Spade, the luxury handbag maker decided to rename itself to reflect its status as a multi-brand firm. The changes will take effect on October 31.
