This is a continuation on the development of the fictitious character named Peter. Vandever Faith Productions is an amateur film studio producing a fictional story about a poor, uneducated man from Missouri with deep psychological issues who attempts to flee from problems in his hometown by seeking refuge in Southeast Asia, mainly in the Philippines.
In this short video we further define the history of the story's main character: Peter. Vandever Faith Productions has chosen to define this character as someone with a sexually deviant past. Here we create a scene hinting that Peter was arrested for illicit sexual behavior performed in a Taco Bell in his home state of Missouri. Later on we will define the details of the character's arrest as well as create the supporting film assets (a police report in particular). This will serve as background context which will help to provide a richer understanding of the character as we later follow his life throughout various cities in the Philippines.
