QUETTA: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Jawed Bajwa arrived in the provincial capital of Balochistan to visit the victims of a bomb blast that claimed the lives of 15 people, eight personnel of the Army among them, on Saturday night, ARY News reported.
