The plot isn't well developed so:
the 1920's. Alcohol is outlawed, Speakeasies are the main getaway to socialize and drink liquor in secret. It is the duty of the police force to crack down on these establishments. With gangs protecting businesses, it's all the more difficult. To make matters worse, corruption in the police force also exists.
