00:08So last week was a County Lines intensification operation that occurred across all England,
00:13Scotland and Wales. All forces participated. It's our best ever County Lines intensification week,
00:18over 2001 and 80 arrests, 335 drugs lines closed. So it's really a successful operation targeting
00:25those men of violence who are responsible for these deal lines. We did have an unusual seizure,
00:29we had a gold bar seized. I think that might be just indicative of the type of criminal
00:35lifestyle some of these drug dealers want to lead, you know, the sort of bragging rights
00:39and things. That wasn't an unusual seizure. But we've also seized over a thousand phones
00:44that control these deal lines. There's about £1.5 million with a criminal cash asset, which
00:50again is a large amount and it's good that we've taken them off the hands of the criminals.
00:59We've safeguarded over 700 children in this intensification week. That's a really important
01:04figure in terms of protecting young children. They often get drawn in. Parents will recognise
01:08changing behaviours. They'll be more possessive about their belongings. They might be more
01:12possessive about their phone. My message to parents is, you know, reach out, contact your
01:16local police. You can also contact Crime Stoppers. We can put you in touch with social services
01:21and agencies that can support you, such as Catch 22 and the Children's Society.
