Streets turn to rivers in rainy St Ives, Cornwall

A video has emerged from St Ives, Cornwall showing flooded streets and torrents of water flowing through parts of the UK coastal town.

Black run-off water could be seen pouring onto Porthmeor beach, which is normally flooded with sunbathing tourists at this time of year.

Heavy downpours hit the west of Cornwall on July 21.
