Christmas Swimmers Brave Storm Conditions

Hundreds of people took on storm conditions at Sennen Cove in Cornwall, UK on Christmas Day to go for a festive sea swim.

Biting winds and rough seas meant the brave swimmers didn't last long in the water but they emerged in high spirits.

Parts of the UK are experiencing heavy snow showers and winds of more than 80mph as Storm Conor makes its presence felt across the north of Britain.
