The 5th annual Festivals Of Speed took place at Vinoy Park in St Petersburg Florida March 29, 2008 showcasing the finest automobiles in the world. Strolling saxaphonist entertained the crowds under clear sunny skies with beautiful views overlooking tampa bay and the st pete peir.
