Parts of buried Ramses II temple, statue discovered near Cairo

An Egyptian-German team of archaeologists find an eight-meter statue submerged in ground water in a Cairo suburb that they say probably represents Pharaoh Ramses II, who ruled Egypt more than 3,000 years ago, as well as the upper part of a statue of Pharaoh Seti II, Ramses II's grandson.
