Sleeping position after a tummy tuck
In a tummy tuck surgery, excess abdominal skin and fat will be removed. An incision will be made. As you will notice, the skin will be tightened resulting in a flatter, tighter and firmer abdomen. When you get up, it is best to roll on your side so that you do not put pressure on the incision site. As mentioned earlier, walk with your back bent over as this will help minimize stretching of the scar.
