Take a step on to the sidewalks of Skagway, Alaska, and you step back in time. The town is a preservation of the bygone Klondike era, a period of American History from about 1896 to 1899. It was the last all American Gold Rush.
Walk about a block due South, and you will stumble upon the White Pass Yukon Route & Railroad, one of the last of it's a kind, a fully operational railway that follows the original 40 mile journey into the Yukon territory, where dreamers made their way to find gold in them there hills.
Step on to a train, and all your worries are left behind. There is nothing to fret or worry about, over the rhythm and soul of a train's tracks.
