As it is known, the present means available to protect lands against floods are not so many and they are difficult and long to install and , morover ,they require great efforts., they are mainly constituted by earth or stone cofferdams, by sandbags, or by inflatable means have many drawbacks, they are too weak, they do not have the required solidity to face up o the violence of waters and they are too long and require too much effort for the technicians and/or the volunteers to be prepared and installed.
