Opposition Could Unite for 2017 Elections in Honduras

The leaders of the main opposition political forces in Honduras, Manuel Zelaya of the Libre Party and Salvador Nasralla of the Anti Corruption Party announced an agreement this Monday that the Party with the most votes in the MARCH 2017 Primary Elections will name the Candidate for a Unified Front for the General Elections in November 2017. The news came in response to the Electoral Court’s decision not to approve second turn elections. Our correspondent Gerardo Torres has the story.
