As the Dallas Cowboys come off their bye week, injured quarterback Tony Romo was throwing passes in practice. Romo was hurt in preseason and has not played a down this season. Rookie QB Dak Prescott will remain as the starter as the Cowboys face the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday.
