The Michelin Guide unveils its first edition for the US capital Washington, awarding coveted stars to a dozen restaurants it said were part of a hot foodie scene. Aaron Silverman, chef and owner, received one star for the popular mid-Atlantic eatery Rose's Luxury, and two stars for his new fine-dining restaurant Pineapple & Pearl.
