Massive 'Hurricane Matthew' tornado spotted out at sea, off Jamaica

Dramatic footage has emerged from Jamaica of what appears to be a massive tornado out at sea during Hurricane Matthew.

The video, filmed on October 3 from Negril, shows the powerful twister spiraling into the ocean before it eventually disbands.
