We recently completed a full house demolition in Pasadena. Our crew took the house down very carefully in order to maintain the foundation and some of the framing for the walls. This selective demolition took much more time and effort than the typical house demolition. In most cases we can just take a large machine like an excavator and start knocking everything down. For this project our crew of demolition contractors worked tirelessly to dismantle large portions of the house. We worked closely with the owners as well as the city to ensure that every aspect of the demolition was completed flawlessly.
