Over the weekend, a man in Waterbury, Connecticut was arrested and charged with the murder of his girlfriend, whose name is tattooed on his neck.

Over the weekend, a man in Waterbury, Connecticut was arrested and charged with the murder of his girlfriend, whose name is tattooed on his neck, reports WTIC. 
According to WVIT, on Sunday, police responded to a call about an offending odor emanating from an apartment. 
Shortly after arriving, they opened the door of a bedroom closet and discovered the body of 40-year-old Melanie Heuberger. 
Her boyfriend and roommate, Adam Plaeger, is suspected of choking her days prior in the midst of an argument, notes Hartford Courant. Plaeger’s bond has been set at $1 million.
