Inspector S Hare Krishnan who was wanted by police for the death in custody of N Dhamendran has now been charged for murder after turning himself in on Monday. Hare had lodged a report saying he was framed but Dhamendran's wife, S Marry is unforgiving and says he should have come forward earlier while her lawyer expressed doubt about how the police have handled this investigation.
