Fokis - 10 Week Crossfit & Paleo challenge (Week 6)

Fokis is on a mission to get below 200lbs by 4/11/16, doing Crossfit & following a strict paleo diet. He started out at 303lbs and is very close to reaching his goal. This 10 week challenge will find Fokis traveling to various Crossfit Boxes throughout the Tri-State Area. This week he stopped by Crossfit Flushing and Macy's to try on a pair of Slim Fit jeans waist size 36
