Contemplatron - Prabhashvara / Arupakaya
Third album of dark ambient project Contemplatron "Prabhashvara" ("Clear Light") is inspired by Tibetan buddhism uniting traditional instrumentarium (gongs, bells, drums) with electronics and Tibetan monk’s chants. This mixture creates mistic, meditative athmosphere. Mastered by Peter Andersson (Raison d’Etre). CD released in elegant digipack, with silver inprints and embossed elements, with design corresponding to the album concept.

The sanskrit term "Prabhashvara" ("Clear Light") has its source in the Highest Yoga Tantra. It denotes an inborn state of pure presence beyond any conceptual activity, which uninterruptedly continues even after death and through future rebirths, and becomes a basis of Buddhahood once enlightenment is reached. Tantras describe it as clear and luminous, great bliss and wisdom. Darkness of ignorance is incapable of comprehending its nature.
